    "This is an awesome gainer supplement which I used in my bulking phase. I gained a total of 5kg over the course of the full 5kg box. Great way to get in them extra cals to fuel your muscles. also I’m pretty sure its the cheapest gainer out there Cookies and Cream never tasted anything like it, tasted a lot like cookie dough in a milk shake :-) also it comes with a mass gaining meal plan on the side of the box so it’s like a personal trainer and a supplement in one.
