Serving Suggestion: Mix 1 - 2 level scoops in 500ml of milk or 300 ml of water and mix in a blender or shaker for 30 - 45 seconds (each level scoop is approx. 30 grams). Max's Nitetime Protein is the only post workout supplement i have found that i can take after training late at night, which still allows me to get a full night's sleep and wake up without that tired + sore feeling i usually receive from a late night training session. Best nitetime/recovery product on the market
