Carbs after training are good to help maximise recovery. However to get cut up, restrict carbs at other times during the day. Cut out bread, pasta, rice and potatoes. Also avoid sugar and baked products. Eat lots of low fat quality protein like lean meat, chicken and fish and plenty of non starchy vegetables. If you get hungry have a handful of almonds or a protein shake in water. This approach should help drop body fat while retaining muscle to give you that ripped look.
