The trend these days for many people is to reduce dairy products in their diet in the belief that they aren't that good for you. Our experience is that dairy products are and excellent source of many vital nutrients that can help build a very impressive physique. We would tend to favour lower fat alternatives - but just remember, moderation in everything. If you are training for a bodybuilding competition and dieting to obtain a very low body fat level, then cut out dairy for a short period. Some trainers find their ability to digest lactose declines as the get older. If you get an uncomfortable bloated feeling after eating or drinking dairy products, this may be the cause.
