If you want to take creatine you should use it every day. We recommend a dosage of approximately 3 grams per day, however heavy trainers sometimes use up to 10 - 15 grams per day. Try taking use two serves a day on training days - one straight after they train, and one serve on non training days, which seems to work well. Use it for 8 - 10 weeks, then have a break for 4 - 6 weeks, then start again for best results.
